Android CheckBox With Example

Check Box is an android widget that is used to get a boolean value from the user in the form of checked or unchecked option on the check box. If the checkbox is checked the value is true else if the checkbox is not checked then the value is false.

To display the imageview on the screen xml code is used.

The colors that are used in the application or on the widget are written in the colors file of the android project.

Java file is used to write the program and all the actions that are performed on the widget while on the screen is done by the Java file.

Note : setChecked is used to check or uncheck the checkbox widget.
